Dan H sent us these words & pictures: "There isn't much going on up north at the moment so Em and I popped down to the Burrs (on the River Irwell) at Bury (near Manchester) today for a little bit of a play. The Burrs is one of the places where we both first started paddling many years ago so it was good to go back and have a bit of a play!"

Dan continues: "It's not the greatest place to paddle in the
world, grade 2 at best, but we, along with several other paddlers, still
managed to have lots of fun! |
